Yes. Sarom Cleaning Services is fully insured for your safety and peace of mind.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

We accept multiple forms of payment. Payment is typically due at the time of service. (You can specify: cash, card, Zelle, PayPal, etc.)

Do I need to provide anything?

Not necessarily. Many clients leave us access instructions. You are welcome to be home, but it is not required.

How do I cancel or reschedule a clean if I am sick or something comes up?

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance when possible. We understand emergencies happen—just message or call us and we will reschedule your appointment.

What’s your pets policy?

We love pets! Please let us know if you have dogs, cats, or other animals so we can prepare accordingly. If your pet is anxious with visitors, we may ask that they be secured for safety.
